Dalston's Soda Co. is hiring a hands-on E-commerce Growth Manager to own and scale our DTC channels, including Dalston's website (Shopify) and Amazon. You will drive customer acquisition, retention and profitability, with the build-out of TikTok Shop from the ground up.
You will report to the Marketing Director in a small, fast-moving team, owning CRO, lifecycle emails, and paid media. This is a milestone role with growth potential as our online channels expand.
