ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a hands-on E-commerce Growth Manager to own and grow our DTC channels. Reporting into the Marketing Director, you'll own Dalston's website (Shopify) and Amazon and come armed with the experience to build out our TikTok Shop from the ground up. You will make the commercial calls that drive growth, and own customer acquisition and retention end-to-end, driving revenue and lifetime profitability.
We've grown DTC organically by fostering our incredible community of Dalston's drinkers - but we know we have huge room for growth. This is the first hire in what will become our e-commerce function. As the channels grow, so does the role, we're looking for someone who is genuinely excited about building on our organic growth and scaling these channels to their full potential.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Commercial Growth & Reporting: Own the commercial performance of Shopify and Amazon, hitting revenue, margin and profitability KPIs. Lead product merchandising and brand pages across all channels. Set the trading plan for the year: launches, promotions and peak seasonal moments. Test and iterate on promotion mechanics to influence CAC, grow AOV and increase repeat purchase. Identify and explore new marketplace and channel opportunities as we scale, including TikTok Shop. Own weekly and monthly performance reporting and channel attribution.
- Acquisition & Paid Media: Work closely with our Meta agency to scale the channel, hitting ROAS, CAC, AOV and LTV targets. Build Google Ads in-house, running campaigns hands-on as the channel grows. Drive Amazon end to end: listing optimisation, A+ content, Brand Store and Sponsored Ads performance. Manage CAC and MER across all paid channels, continuously testing new creative approaches and growth levers. Work closely with the wider team, stakeholders, and partners to keep ecommerce and brand activity aligned.
- CRM, Site & Retention: Own email end to end: campaigns, lifecycle flows and retention. Own and optimise dalstons.com: PDPs, landing pages and the overall customer experience. Lead the CRO roadmap with audits, A/B testing and fixing UX friction across mobile and desktop. Optimise the subscription journey, testing mechanics to grow active subscribers, reduce churn and extend subscriber LTV. Build retention strategies that increase repeat purchase frequency and LTV.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience scaling brands in e-commerce or DTC roles, ideally within FMCG.
- Commercially minded, genuinely excited about profitable growth.
- A track record of hitting targets across CAC, ROAS, AOV and LTV.
- Practical Shopify experience: you understand the levers that drive conversion, retention and AOV.
- Confident getting hands-on with Google Ads as we build the channel in-house.
- Experience managing Meta paid social, whether directly or via an agency.
- Comfortable driving Amazon (Vendor Central) and TikTok Shop performance.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a similar email and retention platform.
- Excited to work in a small, fast-moving team with lots of autonomy.
- Ambitious: you want the scope to grow as the channels grow.
- High ownership: you are genuinely excited to own DTC at Dalston's and drive the decisions that will grow this into one of our biggest channels.
