We’re looking for Interpreters to join our growing community at Dals. As a freelance interpreter, you will be registered as self‑employed and can choose your hours, travel distance and number of assignments to suit your lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Interpret live conversations between clients and limited English speakers.
- Support communication in medical, legal, social services and public sector settings.
- Ensure accurate, confidential and culturally sensitive interpretation.
- Use our interpreting app to manage availability and assignments.
- Deliver excellent service that empowers people to access vital services.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Kurdish / Kurdish Sorani, Pashtu, Farsi (Persian), Arabic, Turkish or Arabic (Moroccan / Tunisian / Algerian / Libyan).
- Strong communication and listening skills.
