We’re looking for Interpreters to join our growing community at Dals. As a freelance interpreter, you will be registered with us on a self‑employed basis and can decide your hours of work, travel distance, and number of assignments you take to suit your lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Interpret live conversations between clients and limited English speakers.
- Support communication in medical, legal, social services, and public sector settings.
- Ensure accurate, confidential, and culturally sensitive interpretation.
- Use our interpreting app to manage your availability and assignments.
- Deliver excellent service that empowers people to access vital services.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Right to work.
- NPPV Level 3.
- Police related qualification (one or more of: DPSI Law Full, Diploma in Community Interpreting Police and Court Pathway, DPI, Met Police Test).
