Due to our ongoing growth, we’re looking for Booking Coordinators to join our team to help fulfil client bookings and send the right interpreter to client jobs. As a Booking Coordinator, based in the Operations Department, you will provide support to all areas within the business, as well as communicating with our interpreters and clients.
The role offers a great opportunity to learn a wide variety of skills within a fast‑paced growing area of the business. We are looking for highly organised, self‑motivated, quick‑thinking individuals to join our successful and ever‑expanding team. The ideal applicant must be a dynamic individual who has the ability to work under pressure, multitask and is a great communicator and takes pride completing tasks to a high standard.
This role is an excellent starting point within the business, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to look behind the scenes of a fast‑growing Language Service Provider. This role is out of standard operating hours, the role is 19.5 hours per week and shifts are as follows: Tuesday.
