Your role:
You will work closely with the food and beverage leadership team in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the Hotel and the satisfaction of guests.
Responsibilities of Food and Beverage Supervisor will include but are not limited to:
- Deputising for the Food & Beverage Manager in their absence
- Leading and developing the team
- Supervising, encouraging and developing the food and beverage team
- Ensuring all service standards are maintained throughout the breakfast operation
- Ensuring that all tables are set and ready for welcoming guests at all times
- Ensuring that all guests’ orders are taken and executed in a timely manner
- Having good knowledge of the food and beverage menu
- Responding to guests’ queries on the menu selection
- Communicating any guests’ questions on the menu, the length of wait and product availability with the Food & Beverage and Kitchen teams

- Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry
- Previous supervisory experience in a busy environment is preferred
- Excellent personal presentation
- Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach
