The successful candidate will enjoy a dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and the satisfaction of maintaining high standards in property management.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n- Oversee all building management operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.\\n- Investigate and respond to escalated tenant complaints, while leading a team of customer service administrators to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.\\n- Review and action various risk assessments (FRA, LRA, HSRA), ensuring risks are identified and mitigated, and appoint qualified contractors for corrective works.\\n- Manage void repairs, ensuring vacant units are maintained and prepared for new tenant check-ins.\\n- Control budgets for property repairs and maintenance, ensuring expenditures remain within approved limits.\\n- Conduct regular property inspections, promptly addressing maintenance issues.\\n\\nQualifications and Experience:\\n\\nEssential:\\n- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a property management role, specifically managing a large residential portfolio.\\n- Strong understanding and demonstrable competence in building management, including maintenance, repairs, and building systems.\\n- Ability to handle urgent issues and emergencies effectively.\\n- Proven expertise in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong tenant relationships.\\n- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, building compliance, and risk management in line with PAS 8673:2022.\\n- Experience managing high-rise residential properties and working knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022.\\n- A proactive and organised approach with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage a busy workload.\\n- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.\\n\\nDesirable:\\n- Relevant property management qualifications (e.g., ARLA, TPI, NEBOSH, RICS).\\n- Knowledge of property management software and systems: Rightmove, On the Market, Zoopla, Arthur, Fixflo.\\n- Experience in managing a team.\\n\\nThis role is perfect for a dedicated Property Manager looking to make a significant impact within a reputable firm.
