Key Responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors.
- Provide a professional, friendly, and helpful service at all times.
- Manage deliveries, parcels, and resident enquiries.
- Support residents with general queries and direct them to the appropriate team where required.

- Monitor building access and challenge unauthorised entry where appropriate.

- Monitor bin rooms, ensure correct waste segregation, and report fly-tipping.
- Coordinate with cleaning and waste contractors as instructed by the Property Manager.
