What you'll be doing
You'll be the first point of contact for our residents and customers, providing a professional, friendly and efficient service by phone and email.
Your day could include
- Helping residents with tenancy and maintenance enquiries.
- Resolving problems quickly and keeping customers updated every step of the way.
- Booking surveys and check‑outs for tenants moving home.
- Supporting our Lettings, Tenancy Management and Property Management teams.
- Arranging viewings for prospective residents.
- Turning challenging situations into positive customer experiences.
