Have you got property sales experience and fancy a switch into new homes? Or perhaps you’re already an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor looking for a new challenge? We’ve got a fantastic opportunity for you! We’re hiring for a New Homes Sales Advisor at a stunning development in Cheltenham, a busy site with a lot to sell for years to come.
Hours: Thursday to Monday, 10am-5pm / 11am-6pm, 1 in 4 weekends off
Salary: £30k with a fantastic commission package that could take your OTE to £65k. Fuel allowance mileage.
We’re looking for someone with:
- A high level of customer service skills
- Good knowledge of IT skills
- Sales progression experience
- Customer journey experience from enquiry to appointment to growing the customer relationship through to their dream home becoming reality
