We’re on the lookout for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join a major new build developer in Staffordshire. If you’re confident running a show home, love building rapport with buyers, and can manage the journey from first enquiry through to completion – we’d love to chat.

Salary: From £28,000 + OTE £50,000. Fuel allowance included.

Hours: 10am – 5pm, 5 days a week. Weekends required (with 1 in 8 weekends off).

You’ll need:

  • Previous new homes sales experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • IT literacy
  • Good market awareness and understanding of the local area
