DallasWylde are recruiting for a Sales Lead consultant to join one of the UK’s Major house builders. Essential abilities

  • Experienced, salesforce capable/confident Sales Consultant
  • Excellent verbal skills – “Conversation style” to engage and understand customers’ requirements without a direct hard sell approach.

About The Role

  • To be an integral part of the sales team to work on lead cultivation & enquiries within the region.
  • The aim is to cultivate and enrich the database for the region as a whole. This will increase the qualifying process on existing enquiries, enhance the quality of leads passed to the on-site Sales Team to close the sale.
  • You will be responsible for making appointments or arranging call-backs for the on-Site Sales Team to allow them to concentrate on converting these qualified leads into sales or future sales.
  • You will offer regional support to targeted sites and specific plots as deemed necessary by the management team.

Duties

  • You will liaise with the Sales Managers to establish the needs and requirements of the Region and where your focus should be for that week/month.
  • You will work alongside the Group Sales Systems Manager and Sales Systems Trainer to show you how to delve into Salesforce to identify gaps and areas to improve the qualification of the leads that you are dealing with.
  • Together with them, you will look at things that worked well, have not worked well and to shape a template that ultimately can be rolled out throughout the business.

Desirable skills

  • Proficient on Salesforce to understand and utilise its capabilities. (however not essential as training will be given)
  • Ability to think on your feet, provide solutions and overcome objections.
  • Ability to develop a broad knowledge of all the sites within your region and availability. To take that knowledge to use Salesforce to find the Leads, spot the gaps in qualification, and build on this qualification by listening to the needs of the Customer. To cross sell if appropriate with your region and maximise lead quality.

On offer to you

  • Salary £35,000 depending on experience
  • £20,000 commission
  • 45p a mile fuel less 20 miles a day.
  • 9.30-5.30 5 days a week 2/3 on site 2/3 working from home.
