Senior Relationship Manager to help drive the next phase of their growth.

The Opportunity
You'll become the face of the business, developing relationships with
- Financial advisers
- Other key referral partners
You'll identify new business opportunities, strengthen existing relationships and help grow an already successful and respected brand.
Working closely with the wider team, you'll ensure every new instruction is handled professionally, delivering an outstanding experience from the very first conversation.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and managing relationships with professional referral partners across the UK.
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Meeting clients and professional contacts both virtually and face-to-face.
- Attending networking events, exhibitions and industry functions.
- Promoting the company's specialist probate and estate services.
- Building long-term strategic partnerships that generate repeat business.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service.
- Managing your pipeline and maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Acting as a trusted ambassador for a business renowned for quality and professionalism.
About You
We're looking for someone who is naturally personable, commercially astute and passionate about building lasting relationships.
You'll ideally have
- A proven track record in relationship management, account management or business development.
- Experience building relationships within professional services, legal, financial services, property, insurance or another consultative B2B environment.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- The confidence to engage with senior decision-makers.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
You don't necessarily need probate experience.
