DallasWylde is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to ensure our clients’ private rental portfolio meets all current regulations and the new PRS legislation coming into force in 2026. The successful candidate will lead on compliance monitoring, contractor coordination, property audits, and documentation management across seven high-end residential blocks totaling 1000 units. This is a growing business with an exciting presence in the PRS sector. This is a newly created position due to business growth, so an exciting opportunity to really make this role your own alongside the company’s senior management team.
