Key Responsibilities
- - Manage the daily operations of the retail store and ensure smooth running of all activities..
- - Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail staff..
- - Recruit, train, and support employees to maintain high performance standards..
- - Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally..
- - Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving store targets and KPIs..
- - Manage stock levels, deliveries, replenishment, stock checks, and inventory control..
- - Ensure the store is clean, organised, well-presented, and compliant with company standards..
- - Manage staff rotas, attendance, holidays, and daily workloads..
- - Monitor cash handling, banking procedures, and daily financial controls..
- - Implement company promotions, merchandising standards, and marketing initiatives..
- - Monitor operating costs and help maximise store profitability..
- - Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements..
- - Prepare sales and performance reports for senior management..
- - Identify opportunities to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency..
- - Deal with operational issues quickly and effectively.
