Dallaglio Rugby Works is hiring a Sports Coach / Youth Mentor (Delivery Lead) to support young people aged 12-18 at risk of exclusion in Hastings & Bexhill.

You will coach, mentor and run workshops with a partner, delivering engaging sessions and enrichment activities.

The role does not require rugby expertise and focuses on connecting with young people, inspiring confidence and building life skills. 28 hours per week with a pro rata salary of £18,750–£22,500 per year.
