Dallaglio RugbyWorks is seeking a Youth Development Mentor to join our North West team in Merseyside. You will work hands-on with young people facing school exclusion risks, delivering sport-based mentoring and life-skills sessions to build confidence and resilience.
We value trauma-informed, asset-based approaches and expect you to manage safeguarding, reporting and impact data as part of daily delivery. Travel to delivery sites is required and some home-working may be possible.
