Dalkia UK is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of MEP works on a major healthcare development in Sunderland.

You will manage cost control, contracts and commercial performance while supporting project delivery and client relationships.

With significant experience in MEP QS, you will handle measurements, valuations, CVRs and final accounts, while mentoring junior team members and ensuring governance and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
