This is a fantastic opportunity to influence project quality from tender stage through to handover, helping ensure we consistently deliver safe, compliant and exceptional outcomes for our clients. Working as part of Dalkia's Quality Management function, you will play a key role in driving quality assurance, governance, compliance and continuous improvement across multiple projects, supporting our ambition to become the UK's number one technical solutions provider. What You'll Be Doing As a Quality Manager, you'll support projects throughout the entire lifecycle, ensuring Dalkia's Quality Management System (QMS) is embedded and effectively implemented from bid stage through construction, handover and aftercare. Key responsibilities include: Supporting live projects to ensure compliance with Dalkia's Quality Management System and project governance requirements. Working alongside Project Leaders to develop and implement effective quality management controls that meet both Dalkia and client expectations.
