Domestic Operative – Heysham 2
Location: Heysham 2
Hours: Monday- Thursday 06.00am 14.00pm and Friday 06.00am-13.30pm (37 hours per week)
Join our team at Dalkia UK as a Cleaner and help us keep Heysham 2 running smoothly in a clean, safe, and professional environment.
We're looking for a reliable and hardworking individual with cleaning experience to support day-to-day cleaning across office, restroom, and communal areas. If you're organised, proactive, and ready to get started, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Cleaning offices, toilets, and general site areas
- Vacuuming, mopping, and floor maintenance
- Polishing glass, mirrors, and brass surfaces
- Safe use of cleaning products and equipment (full training provided)
- Waste disposal and basic equipment care
- Reporting maintenance or safety concerns
- Ensuring all work meets health and safety standards
- Supporting the team and working efficiently on your own
What we're looking for:
- Previous cleaning experience (essential)
- Confident using cleaning equipment and materials
- Good communication and time management skills
- Awareness of safe working practices
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to help
