Dalkia have an opportunity for a permanent, full‑time Handy Person to join our facilities maintenance team based at our facilities in Golders Green, London.

Hours

Monday to Thursday: 7.30am – 4pm Friday: 7.30am – 2pm + 1 Sunday per month 38 hours per week

The Role

All general basic maintenance repairs such as

  • Painting and Decorating
  • Carpentry
  • Basic Plumbing inc. water treatment
  • Basic electrical tasks
  • Cleaning air handling units
  • Emergency light and fire alarm checks
  • Furniture repairs
  • Any other ad‑hoc duties

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Any relevant training courses will be beneficial
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Positive, can‑do attitude
  • Able to work without close supervision
