Mobile Supervisor London/Ravenswood Mon – Fri, 8am-5pm

Are you an experienced electrical professional ready to step into a leadership role? We’re looking for a Mobile Working Supervisor to lead a team of engineers across multiple sites, ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and maintenance delivery. This is a field-based position where you’ll oversee mobile engineers, coordinate workloads, and provide hands-on technical support. You’ll play a key role in delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works, with a strong focus on electrical systems. This is a great role for an experienced Engineer or Lead Engineer looking for a step up the ladder. We can support and mentor any areas that need development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support mobile engineers across multiple locations
  • Deliver and oversee PPM and reactive maintenance across all trades
  • Conduct Toolbox Talks, safety briefings, and site inspections
  • Ensure compliance with RAMS, permits, and safe systems of work
  • Plan, schedule, and quality-check maintenance tasks
  • Respond to reactive issues with a “first-time fix” mindset
  • Support testing & inspection activities (EICRs, remedials)
  • Monitor contractor performance and SLA adherence
  • Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong electrical background (NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition or equivalent)
  • Solid knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
  • Experience with audits, inspections, and Toolbox Talks
  • Skilled in managing PPM schedules and reactive workloads
  • Testing & inspection experience (2391 desirable)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused mindset
