Join Dalkia as a Field Supervisor at Sizewell B, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting the safe and efficient operation of the station. This is a dynamic, hands-on position overseeing a varied portfolio of works delivered by third-party contractors. No two days are the same; your expertise, leadership, and attention to detail will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Setting contractors to work and providing clear direction on site
- Supervising a diverse range of civils, construction, and mechanical projects across the station
- Coordinating with external contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and effective delivery
- Ensuring Health & Safety compliance at all times, including reviewing RAMS, undertaking risk assessments, and updating documentation where required
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with subcontractors
- Proactively resolving on-site issues to ensure smooth project delivery
- Providing visible, hands-on supervision of works in progress

- Proven experience supervising projects within civils, construction, or mechanical disciplines
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident user of Microsoft Office applications
