You will lead the commercial management of MEP works on a major healthcare development, ensuring cost control, contract compliance, and strong supply chain performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Working alongside an established team, you will prepare CVRs, cost reports and forecasts, manage cash flow, and procure subcontractor accounts.
