Dalkia is looking for a Hard Services Manager to join our team at Hinkley Point on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
As Hard Services Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the department and ensuring the contract operates efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with EDF Energy requirements and nuclear H&S standards.
What You’ll Deliver:
- Lead and manage the Hard Services department
- Coordinate and support your team effectively
- Oversee budgeting and financial performance
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and nuclear industry standards
- Communicate clearly and regularly with the end client
- Approve and manage high-risk works and subcontractors
