In this role, you'll manage all cost-related aspects of our contracts-from initial calculations to final account-ensuring profitability and effective cost control.\n \nYou'll work closely with internal teams and our supply chain to manage risk, improve margin, and maintain our reputation for quality and accountability. n Key Responsibilities \n \n Manage all commercial elements of major projects in line with Dalkia processes. \n Monitor and control subcontractor accounts, including applications, variations, and payments. \n Provide accurate forecasting of final accounts and cash flow. \n Identify and manage commercial risks throughout project lifecycle. \n Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on financial matters. \n Prepare and deliver timely and accurate project reports, forecasts, and valuations. \n Monitor all project costs including labour, materials, and subcontractors. \n What We're Looking For \n Essential: \n \n Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. \n Strong commercial awareness and risk management skills. \n Proficient in Microsoft Office. \n Ability to manage workload across multiple projects. \n Understanding of Health & Safety implications in commercial environments. \n Desirable: \n \n Background in Mechanical & Electrical quantity surveying within building services. \n Experience managing multiple concurrent projects. \n Who You'll Work With \n \n Internal: Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, Buyers, Estimators, and Health & Safety teams.\n \n External: Clients, subcontractors, and supply chain partners.\n Our Values \n People First - It starts with health, safety and wellbeing\n Better Together - A collaborative team\n Trusted Partners - Dedicated to our clients' success\n Taking Responsibility - Making a positive difference\n Equity, Diversity & Inclusion \n \nWe're committed to an inclusive and fair recruitment process.
