Job Purpose To support front end, installation, maintenance and life cycle business operations by offering design innovation, technical support and risk-mitigation where necessary to enhance the business offering, and de-risk mechanical engineering operations. Aims and Objectives De-risk projects through a clear understanding of any shortcomings in a Client, Consultant or Main Contractor Apply work winning strategies in line with Dalkia strategic objectives Support new business opportunities and ongoing business development Efficiency in managing and processing workload Assist with estimating teams on delivering lowest/true net cost on all designs/tenders/bids Promote work-winning within the team – discourage workload ‘assembly line' approach Challenge non-productive work routines and maximise order conversion ratios Support the GO/NO GO
