Dalkia Scotland is seeking a Billing Administrator to join our team. This role is key to ensuring our customers are accurately invoiced, queries are efficiently resolved, and accounts are managed with precision. You will play a vital part in helping Dalkia maintain its industry-leading reputation and delivering exceptional service to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills, attention to detail, and a desire to develop within a professional finance and billing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process engineer completes to invoice
- Raise invoices through Business Central for assigned accounts
- Produce valuations and consolidated invoices
- Obtain order numbers/purchase orders from clients
- Attend invoice query meetings and address credit control queries
- Raise credit requests as appropriate to resolve client issues
- Liaise with Service Managers and clients regarding billing methods, presentation, and agreed rates/SOR changes
