Lead the delivery of Digital Engineering (DE) outputs across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with project milestones and client expectations. Implement and uphold ISO 19650-compliant processes, embedding Dalkia’s digital standards and governance throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor and report on design changes that impact the digital scope, maintaining accurate documentation and version control. Coordinate building services models, ensuring seamless integration across disciplines and accurate spatial planning. Manage the integration of Contractor Design Portions (CDP) into federated models, ensuring full compliance with client and project requirements Healthcare, Commercial, Education, MOD/MOJ, or Leisure environments. Proven experience working on large-scale projects in a similar digital/BIM role. Professional registration or active progress toward it with a recognised institution such as CIBSE, IET, IMechE, or a similar engineering body (Member, Incorporated, or Chartered status desirable).
