We’re now looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our delivery team on the Shrewsbury & Telford Hospital project — a major live‑environment healthcare scheme where quality, safety and coordination are absolutely key.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the on‑site installation team, including subcontractors
- Ensure all works meet quality, safety and compliance standards
- Oversee construction planning, logistics and resource coordination
- Support design, engineering and procurement handovers into construction
- Monitor progress, productivity and performance against programme
- Drive best practice, continuous improvement and a positive site culture
- Support commissioning, handover and close‑out activities
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the project
This is a hands‑on leadership role where your ability to influence, guide and support teams will be essential.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience managing construction delivery on large MEP or complex building services projects
