Dalkia is looking for a motivated and experienced Mobile Service Supervisor (Environmental) to join our team, overseeing and supporting service delivery across our legionella contracts throughout Scotland. This role is key in ensuring full compliance with legionella regulations and involves hands-on delivery of plumbing, maintenance, and remedial works alongside client management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients across all legionella contracts in Scotland.
- Deliver Legionella Plumbing Services, PPM, and Remedial Works in line with current legislation and best practices.
- Oversee the installation and repair of water systems, including:
- Thermostatic Mixer Valves
- Water heaters
- Tank lids, ball valves, insulation, screens
- Dead-leg removal and pipework reconfiguration
- Water storage tank disinfection, re-lining, and replacement
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- NVQ Level 2-3 (Plumbing 6019) or City & Guilds equivalent
- Strong working knowledge of L8 ACOP, HSG 274 Parts 2 & 3, and water regulations
- Previous experience in a similar role within Water Management/Legionella
- Legionella Risk Assessor qualification with several years of experience
- Familiarity with both imperial and metric fittings
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
- Comfortable traveling across contracts and staying away when required
