Regional Director – Energy Infrastructure & Decarbonisation
North of England - Executive Leadership - Full P&L Ownership
Are you ready to lead at the forefront of the UK’s energy transition? At Dalkia Energy Services, we’re delivering complex, large-scale infrastructure and decarbonisation programmes and we’re looking for a Regional Director to take full ownership of a major portfolio across the North of England. This is a pivotal leadership role with real influence shaping strategy, driving performance and leading high-impact projects that support a more sustainable future.
The Role
- You’ll have end-to-end accountability for a major regional portfolio from design and development through to construction, commissioning and handover.
- Alongside full P&L responsibility, you’ll:
- Lead the successful delivery of complex energy and infrastructure programmes
- Set regional strategy and drive commercial performance
- Champion a strong safety, quality and delivery culture
- Build and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director
About You
- Director-level experience within a main/principal contractor environment
- Strong track record delivering complex construction programmes (M&E focus)
- Proven commercial leadership with full P&L ownership
- Experience in energy, infrastructure or decarbonisation projects
- A credible, influential leader who can operate at executive level
