Hours of Work: Contracted Hours – 37.5 hours
Job Purpose:
- Responsible for the care, presentation and upkeep of school buildings.
- Carry out repairs to site/premises.
- Onsite supervision of the cleaning operation (applicable to contract).
- Responsible for site health soap and toilet roles are stocked as per output specification.
- All Caretakers manuals are kept up to date.
- Ensure environmental policies are adhered to.
- Ensure site specific inspections and forms are completed.
- Ensure site is accessible and fit for use throughout the day.
- Carry out full duties during all site usage.
- To complete any training provided by the business.
- Any other duties appropriate to the grade which may be assigned.
