Job Purpose
We are seeking an outstanding, commercially driven Facilities Director to join the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in Dalkia Scotland .
In this high-profile executive role, you will hold full operational and P&L accountability for a major, long-term Private Finance Initiative (PFI) education and public sector portfolio across Scotland. Concurrently, you will provide strategic corporate steering and growth leadership for three of Dalkia's critical, high-performing specialist business lines: the Legionella Division , the Mobile Technical Services (MTS) Division , and the Energy Management Division .
As a core member of the Scottish SLT, you will collaborate with the Managing Director to drive regional strategy, champion decarbonisation initiatives, and reinforce an uncompromising health and safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
Dalkia Scotland SLT & Regional Strategy Board-Level Collaboration: Contribute directly to the overarching business strategy, growth, and governance of Dalkia Scotland .
Synergy & Integration: Foster operational cross-selling and integration between core PFI assets and our specialist technical divisions to deliver value-added engineering to clients.
Culture Champion: Act as a visible senior leader promoting Dalkia's core commitments to workplace safety, sustainability, mental health, and frontline talent retention.
