You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring projects are completed profitably, on time, and to a high standard.\n Key Objectives \n \n Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the agreed specification. \n Control costs and enhance profitability. \n Drive customer satisfaction and support employee development. \n Meet and exceed company performance targets through effective leadership. \n Key Responsibilities \n \n Lead the successful completion of projects according to quality and commercial targets. \n Foster strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for future business. \n Ensure installations meet all required standards and regulations. \n Develop, lead, and motivate project teams and subcontractors. \n Manage budgets and report financial performance to senior management. \n Prepare tenders for additional work as required. \n Support technical delivery by leveraging internal and external expertise. \n Carry out staff appraisals and support succession planning within your team. \n Comply with all Health
