What You’ll Do
- Carry out MIG/MAG welding on structural steel in a heavy industrial environment.
- Fabricate and repair fixed access platforms, gratings, ladders, safety doors, and handrails.
- Work to technical drawings and specifications to deliver high-quality results.
- Ensure all work complies with current Health & Safety legislation, site protocols, and nuclear industry standards.
What We’re Looking For
- City & Guilds 229 in Fabrication and Welding, or a recognised apprenticeship qualification.
- Proven MIG/MAG welding and fabrication experience in a heavy industrial setting.
- Strong ability to interpret and work from technical drawings.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to safety and quality.
