Electrically Biased Building Services Engineer Mobile Role – Occasional travel to Cambridgeshire

We are looking for an experienced Electrically Biased Building Services Engineer to join our multidisciplined Reactive and PPM team. This is a mobile role supporting a range of client sites, delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive services. You will play a key role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of electrical and building services equipment across multiple contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical and building services systems
  • Respond promptly to reactive maintenance issues and helpdesk requests
  • Perform electrical fault finding, diagnosis, and repairs
  • Undertake electrical installations, including testing and certification
  • Complete all test and inspection certificates in line with client requirements
  • Maintain accurate records using the CAFM system
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
