We are currently seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors to join our team in Edinburgh. The primary role is to oversee the installation, commissioning, and handover of electrical commercial projects.

  • Supervise Electrical Work: Oversee all field aspects of electrical work on site to ensure successful project completion within timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure all electrical activities comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Facilitate Communication: Coordinate between site field and back-office teams and other key stakeholders.
  • Offer Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance for the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Maintain Documentation: Keep accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including work logs, progress reports, and incident reports.

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 (Electrical Installation 2360) or equivalent.
  • GCSE passes in Maths and English or equivalent.
  • Experience managing E&I projects in industries such as oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, or industrial manufacturing.
  • Supervisory skills including delegation, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and instrumentation drawings and schematics.
  • Inspection and testing.

Interface with site supervision and other team members across all teams. Interface with Client Representatives, Service Providers, Sub-Contractors, and Material Suppliers.
