About the Role
Dalkia is offering an exciting opportunity for an Apprenticeship Service Co-ordinator to join our Fire & Security division. This apprenticeship provides structured training, hands-on experience, and mentoring to develop the skills and knowledge required to progress into a fully competent Service Co-ordinator. You will support the coordination of reactive, planned, and service installation works between clients and engineering teams, helping us maintain high service standards and strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with incoming service calls and log jobs accurately on internal systems
- Support prioritisation of reactive and planned maintenance works
- Help allocate jobs to Field/Service Technicians and approved subcontractors
- Assist in coordinating engineer revisits and maintenance schedules
- Update internal systems and client portals accurately
- Support the creation and issuing of job packs
- Arrange reactive and planned maintenance appointments
- Maintain professional communication with clients, engineers, and internal teams
- Assist with performance reporting, KPI monitoring, and escalation processes
- Support Service and Operations Managers with administrative tasks
Training & Development
- Full training on systems, processes, and service coordination
- Ongoing mentoring from experienced Service Co-ordinators and Managers
- Opportunity to progress into a Service Co-ordinator role upon successful completion
