Dalkia is seeking a Water Hygiene Technician with a strong focus on TMV servicing and maintenance to lead and support the delivery of compliant water hygiene services across client sites. The role involves planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive works, temperature monitoring, flushing, and minor remedial tasks within water systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive water hygiene tasks
- Service, maintain, and carry out minor replacement works on TMVs
- Complete temperature monitoring, flushing, and routine compliance checks
- Identify and report remedial works and compliance risks
- Maintain accurate records using logbooks and CAFM systems
- Support minor mechanical repairs linked to water systems
- Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with Health & Safety standards
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives when required

Essential:
- Experience in water hygiene, plumbing, or mechanical maintenance
- Knowledge of TMVs and water systems
- Understanding of Health & Safety requirements
- Good fault-finding, communication, and record-keeping skills
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
- Legionella awareness or water hygiene qualifications
- Facilities Management experience
- Experience using CAFM or PPM systems
