Job Description
Contract Manager Based across Imperial College Campuses – South Kensington, White City, and Hammersmith
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team at Dalkia Facilities, managing services across Imperial College’s prestigious London campuses.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a high-profile environment, leading a dedicated team that delivers repair and maintenance services across academic and research facilities 24/7.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving safety culture through visible leadership and regular audits
- Overseeing planned maintenance and ensuring a responsive, high-quality reactive service
- Leading a multidisciplinary team to meet and exceed contractual KPIs and SLAs
- Managing subcontractor performance and supporting commercial delivery
- Assuring asset compliance, actively managing exceptions
- Acting as the key on-site representative, building strong client relationships
- Identifying operational efficiencies and growth opportunities for the contract
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid technical knowledge in M&E and building fabric maintenance
- Proven experience managing multi-site FM operations
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proficiency with CAFM systems and reporting tools
- Ability to manage financial performance, including P&L oversight
- Clear, confident communicator able to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Experience leading FM services in a client-facing role
Desirable:
- NEBOSH General Certificate
- HNC in Building Services Engineering
- Recognised engineering apprenticeship
