Are you an experienced Construction Manager with a strong M&E background, ready to lead the delivery of complex, high-value projects on a 12-month fixed term contract?

At Dalkia Energy Services, you’ll take a leading role in delivering large-scale construction programmes ensuring safety, quality, and performance across every stage of the build.

The Role

You’ll oversee day-to-day construction activity on major projects, coordinating subcontractors, driving programme, and ensuring works are delivered safely, compliantly, and to the highest standards - often within live, operational environments.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading site operations across large-scale M&E projects
  • Driving health & safety, including RAMS, CDM compliance, and site governance
  • Managing subcontractors, quality, and programme performance
  • Coordinating with clients, NEC supervisors, and internal teams
  • Reviewing designs, technical submittals, and buildability
  • Leading progress meetings and resolving site challenges
  • Supporting commercial activity including variations and reporting
  • Overseeing temporary works and ensuring full compliance
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale M&E construction projects
  • Strong understanding of site safety, compliance, and regulations
  • Experience working in live/critical environments
  • Confident managing subcontractors and stakeholder relationships
  • Commercial awareness and programme management capability
  • SMSTS (or IOSH), CSCS, and full driving licence
  • Temporary Works Coordinator (desirable)
