We’re looking for a Senior Information Manager to join Dalkia Engineering’s growing technical community, supporting the delivery of high-quality projects through effective information and document control. This role is ideal for an experienced Document Controller or Information Manager who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment and enjoys working closely with project teams and stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in ensuring information is managed efficiently across the full project lifecycle, supporting successful delivery and compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the Common Data Environment (CDE) and overseeing document control processes across one or multiple projects
- Ensuring projects are set up and delivered in line with ISO 19650 standards and Dalkia processes
- Handling day-to-day information management activities, including document uploads, workflows, approvals, and queries
- Acting as the key point of contact between project teams, clients, and main contractors for information management
- Coordinating and managing interfaces between client/main contractor CDEs and Dalkia systems
- Producing project reports and KPIs for the Information Management Lead
- Supporting and delivering CDE training to project teams
- Assisting with general project administration where required
What You’ll Need to Bring
- Proven experience in information management or document control within construction or engineering
- Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and Common Data Environment (CDE) systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident communicator, able to work with internal teams and external partners
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage your own workload and priorities
