We’re expanding our delivery capability to support a major Building Services project based in Chesterfield. As the project progresses into key technical and delivery phases, we need an experienced Electrical Engineer/Senior Electrical Engineer who can provide strong technical leadership, ensure high-quality design and installation standards, and drive safe, efficient project execution. This role is essential to maintaining our commitment to excellence and ensuring the successful delivery of a high-profile project for one of our key clients.
Project Leadership- Lead Electrical building-services elements from concept through to completion
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
- Ensure projects meet programme, budget and quality expectations
- Support and implement H&S strategies, policies and procedures
- Monitor budgets, risks and programme performance
- Optimise resources and drive project efficiency
- Review Electrical designs and technical deliverables
- Identify, assess and mitigate project risks
- Work alongside multi-discipline engineering teams
- Propose improvements to engineering processes and methodologies
Requirements:
- IOSH / SMSTS / CSCS
- 10+ years’ experience in Electrical Building Services
- Proven experience delivering complex engineering projects
- Strong project management skills including budgeting, scheduling and resource allocation
- ONC/HNC/NVQ L3/L4 in Building Services Engineering or Project Management degree
