We're now looking for an experienced Project-Based MEP Commissioning Manager to join our team, supporting major projects across the North & Midlands.
As a Project Commissioning Manager, you'll lead the full lifecycle commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health systems on complex construction projects. You'll be the technical authority ensuring systems are installed, tested, integrated and proven in line with Dalkia's Commissioning Process, statutory requirements and performance standards.
- Developing and delivering project-specific commissioning strategies and plans
- Leading commissioning activities across HVAC, BMS, LV/HV, life safety, water systems and specialist technologies
- Coordinating witness testing, IST, seasonal commissioning and system validation
- Integrating commissioning into the main construction programme and managing associated risks
- Acting as the primary commissioning interface with clients, designers, contractors and FM teams
- Ensuring full documentation, asset data and O&M information is complete and accurate
This is a hands-on, technically authoritative role where your expertise will directly influence project success.
Proven commissioning experience on complex MEP projects
Strong understanding of integrated testing methodologies and CIBSE commissioning codes
Excellent coordination, communication and stakeholder-management skills
A methodical, detail-driven approach with a focus on quality and compliance
Qualifications that will help you stand out:
- Degree or HND in Building Services Engineering (or related discipline)
- CSCS / SMSTS
- Commissioning or Soft Landings accreditation (desirable)
