Dalkia is offering an exciting opportunity for an Apprenticeship Service Coordinator to join our Fire & Security division. This apprenticeship provides structured training, hands-on experience, and mentoring to develop the skills and knowledge required to progress into a fully competent Service Coordinator. You will support the coordination of reactive, planned, and service installation works between clients and engineering teams, helping us maintain high service standards and strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with incoming service calls and log jobs accurately on internal systems
  • Support prioritisation of reactive and planned maintenance works
  • Help allocate jobs to Field/Service Technicians and approved subcontractors
  • Assist in coordinating engineer revisits and maintenance schedules
  • Update internal systems and client portals accurately
  • Support the creation and issuing of job packs
  • Arrange reactive and planned maintenance appointments
  • Maintain professional communication with clients, engineers, and internal teams
  • Assist with performance reporting, KPI monitoring, and escalation processes
  • Support Service and Operations Managers with administrative tasks

Training & Development

  • Full training on systems, processes, and service coordination
  • Ongoing mentoring from experienced Service Coordinators and Managers
  • Opportunity to progress into a Service Coordinator role upon successful completion
