We’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a hands-on role, supporting a small team of talent acquisition partners, ideally suited to someone who enjoys working at pace, managing busy pipelines and building strong relationships.
The role will be home based, so we can be flexible on location, with travel 1-2 times per month on average to sites/offices for meetings.
- Sourcing for multiple vacancies across operations within facilities management
- Building and maintaining candidate pipelines for roles we recruit for regularly, such as engineers, technicians and cleaners
- Supporting recruitment campaigns when hiring demand increases across contracts or regions
- Working closely with talent acquisition partners and operational hiring managers to keep recruitment on track
- Keeping candidate records up to date in the ATS and producing recruitment reports
- Acting as a superuser for the ATS and supporting recruitment reporting
- Identifying ways to improve recruitment processes and reduce time to hire
Experience in high-volume recruitment, either in-house, agency or RPO is required. Experience sourcing within facilities management, engineering, construction or technical services would be an advantage. Confidence sourcing for multiple vacancies and building and maintaining large candidate pipelines is essential. Comfortable using ATS systems and recruitment reporting tools.
