We’re looking for an organised and hands-on Office Services Coordinator to support the Office Services Manager (OSM) and lead a small team of administrative and managed services staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership, drive team performance, and contribute to a high-performing operational environment.
- Support and deputise for the Office Services Manager when required
- Lead, motivate, and develop a small team to deliver high-quality support services
- Manage absence, holidays, and performance in line with company policies
- Provide administrative support across multiple departments as needed
- Support recruitment activities and the rollout of HR processes and initiatives
Previous experience in an HR or office services environment is essential, along with proven experience supervising or coordinating an office-based team.
