Job Purpose  • To provide total operational control, for the DALKIA Fire and Security Service Department for their local  branch.     • To build and maintain Customer relations with the clients within their regions, DALKIA UK Stakeholders  and associated Supply Chain.    • Line Management of Client Managers and field operatives.    • To liaise with the DALKIA Fire and Security projects team in regard to the provision of services to the  clients within their region.    • To Manage and maintain an excellent service provision within their region to all Stakeholders and  Clients.  Aims and Objectives  • To provide a first class service to all external and internal Customers.  • Build a relationship with the existing and new clients in order to create more opportunities for DALKIA  UK.  • Create the opportunity for cost savings without detriment to service quality.  • Create and maintain a safe, hygienic and healthy environment.  • Ensure that all Stakeholders and Clients comply with our Health & Safety policy.  Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities     • To be responsible and ensure that all Customers both external and internal plus all other visitors receive  a five star service.    • Control of maintenance and repair service to all clients within  the region    • Manage all service field staff within the region    • Ensure that all DALKIA UK areas of responsibility are in compliance with statutory legal requirements in  relation to fire, health & safety, environmental.    • Control and allocation of all service works to include continual performance review, meeting operational  targets and development of the team.    • Liaise with HR specific issues that arise within the team.    • Ensure that regular progress meetings are held with Client Managers and Field engineering staff    • Review outstanding works daily and prioritising where required to increase revenue    • Providing support to the Operations Manager    • Personal diary  management    • Ensure that response/repair and maintenance schedules targets are met in accordance with  SLA's/KPI's.    • Work with Marketing to ensure all external documentation meets branding guidelines    • Review Field Engineering Vehicle Stock Levels and amend where necessary.     • Ensure revenue targets are met on a monthly basis.    • Liaising with management team to achieve a clear / near clear desk policy.     • Liaising with other departments within DALKIA UK    • Carry out other relevant ad hoc duties.   Health & Safety  • All staff are required to fulfil their legal duty to take reasonable care for the health and safety of  themselves and others who may be affected by their acts and omissions, and to follow all guidance and  instructions given in this respect.  Further details regarding Health & Safety responsibilities are set out in  the Health & Safety Policy.  Working Relationships  • All DALKIA UK Stakeholders  • Visitors  • Clients  • End Users  • Supply chain   Person Specification    Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills   The knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience relevant to the position are:  Essential  • Relevant Business/Management experience  • Experience in working with senior management  • Experience in supply chain management;  • Health, Safety and Environment management   • Articulate with strong customer service skills  • Resourceful and organised, with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment  Competencies  The core support team competency framework for the position are:  • Teamwork -
