To work as part of the Mobile Support Team to carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) plant, Reactive Maintenance tasks on Mechanical Services.

- To provide a high-quality support service to Facilities Management contracts.
- Achieve customer satisfaction within agreed service levels of the Client.
- Manage personal workloads to ensure maximum productivity.
- Work to achieve PPM and Reactive targets and deadlines.
- Actively integrate and encourage ownership within the mobile team.
- Continually review workload, focus on project management from enquiry to completion, with individual development.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- To work as part of the Mobile Support Team supplying gas skills to external clients.
- To carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to boilers and associated plant, including Reactive Maintenance and extra works/emergencies in line with the contract needs on Mechanical Services.
- To carry out project works and minor turnkey projects to Boiler plant and associated equipment.
- To provide detailed reporting with predicted times for repair and chargeable works, and life cycle condition reporting.
- To provide a high level of Gas technical and hands-on support in the provision of our service and the daily contact with our clients.
- Working as a key part of the Mobile Support Team, and key interface with Facilities Maintenance Clients.
- To carry out PPM in line with set schedules, ensuring standards are maintained to maximise the working effectiveness and reliability of the Heating Plant and associated mechanical systems.
- Follow set standards in line with Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAWA).
- To ensure on-site Quality Assurance procedures are followed in all respects and to maintain accurate records/documentation associated with the mechanical aspects of the PPM and plant.
- To respond quickly and effectively to all reactive maintenance issues and help desk requests associated with the boiler, heating and ventilation systems, pumps, water tanks, valves, pipe work and associated mechanical systems or items.
- To manage visiting specialist sub-contractors associated with the mechanical aspects of PPM schedules.
- To respond to call-outs and cover breakdowns and emergencies associated with the mechanical services aspect of the contract as required.
